EVA Foam Sheets

Closed cell foam made from Ethylene Vinyl Acetate and blended copolymers. It has a high level of chemical cross-linking, resulting in a semi-rigid product with a fine uniform cell structure.

• Densities: 30 to 400 kg/3m
• Availability: Single Side or Double Side Adhesive Forms in Roll/Tapes etc.
• Features: Impact and vibration absorption, Weather and chemical resistance including splash resistance to oils and fuels, Acoustic and thermal insulation properties, Buoyancy with low water absorption, Suitability for thermo-forming and thermo-moulding.

Nitrile Foam

Closed cell sponge with smooth outer skin. With good resistance to oil, heat, and weathering, it is an ideal sealing material against gas or liquid. PVC/Nitrile foam has strong thermal and acoustic insulating properties.

• Temperature: 50 °C to 116 °C
• Application: Air Condition Coils (A/c), Hot and Cold Water Transmission Line, Other Ducting Uses.
